English III, The Best Class Of The Semester.

I have learned a lot in this class, because our teacher has been doing everything to teach us how to write in English.

She has been sending a lot of homework and that’s why I have learned a lot with a lot of practice. This made me improve my English writing skills.

Her activities and homework has been very enjoyable and not boring at all, that's why I have been enjoying it without sleeping over in class... This is very important because it  is more productive than just hearing the teacher talk.

The teacher has been following us to do our activities and that is important because it means that she is worried about our English skills.

In conclusion, I think this was the best English class that I ever seen and I have learned a lot.

Christmas 2010, A Stressful Holiday

My Christmas holidays were to stressful because I had a lot of work in my job and I couldn´t go to my hometown like I used to do every Christmas. I went four days and it was very fast.
The good news was that my family met my boyfriend and they liked him, we spent a short but a really good time with my family. I´m from Puerto Ordaz and I went to "La Llovizna" because my boyfriend had to know that beautiful place.
I realized that I miss my family a lot, my best friend Anna and my warm and beatiful home, that´s why I would like to go next time and spend a lot of days with them.

The Princess Mia And Her Beautiful Dreamers

I have a Class where I learned how to make sinopsis and scripts.

We did a long script about a fantastic movie invented by ourselves.

My sinopsis and the script is about a cartoons movie named "La princesa Mia y sus bellos durmientes" or "The princess Mia and her beautiful dreamers".

I can show you the Idea of my story and the sinopsis, and you can tell me if it is good or if it sucks jeje

The idea is:

The princess Mia carries a curse, the eternal dream of the princes who she loves. Now, she will have to do everything possible  to awaken everyone.

Sinopsis:

The princess Mia has been married twice in her life, but misteriously after her first night of marriage, the princes felt asleep in a eternal dream. The arrival of the third prince will introduce her in an adventure and will make her destroy the course.

How to save money and buy a lot of clothes?

If you want to buy good clothes and save money, you have to follow some steps like the ones that I will show you below:

1. Pay attention to the prices and the brand: If you find a good pair of pants or a t-shirt and if it is a recognized brand but to expensive, don´t buy it, it´s better if you find  functional clothes for a good price.

2. Test new brands: You can go to a store with a not recognized brand today because the clothes is made by a new designer, but perhaps the designer will be recognized tomorrow and by that time the clothes might be too expensive.

3. Buy clothes that is not delicated to wash: If a t-shirt´s value is 10 dollars but you have to spend 7 dollars to wash it in a dry cleanning, every time you use it you will spend a lot of money. It´s better if you buy one that costs 17 dollars and wash it in your house.

4. Buy good clothes with a recognized brand in the outlets or by internet, probably you will find cheaper clothes

5. Learn How to haggle clothes. You have to be brave and ask for discount, you will be surprised and maybe they will give you one. Repeat these habbits and you will save a lot of money and buy a lot of clothes with discount.

The Asbestos, A New Generation Of Rock In Venezuela

The Asbestos, is a very talented band of  teenagers in Venezuela, and they are making their music with a different concept and language. The young people of the country are welcome in this new concept and that is why they are having the best time of their lives. However, some people don´t understand this new concept and they make the big question:  if they are a venezuelan band, why are they singing in English as their first language? This is the conflict of our thesis and that will be exposed in our documentary.

The band is integrated by: David Donoso: Singer and lead guitar

Juan Donoso as the bassist

And Daniel Jelinek as the drummer

By the year of 2009, the band participated in a festival of rock in Venezuela (Intercolegial Nuevas Bandas) and they got to the final positions leaving a great sensation in people. They made a videoclip and they appeared in the ranking named "Los 10 mas pedidos" of the  MTV Latin America channel.

Today, they recorded their first album with a great response in Venezuela and they will make another great project in the future.
